This handbook and webpage has been prepared to inform students of the expectations and daily operational procedures at Midway & Greenwood Elementary Schools. Change enables us to continue to grow as a learning institution and keep current with the trends that are surfacing around British Columbia.
Students attending Midway & Greenwood will be encouraged to take risks, challenge themselves and strive for a level of academic excellence. To be successful, students must attend school on a regular basis, come prepared to listen, work and develop a positive attitude towards education and the community. The growth by the students will be a direct result due to classroom instruction, activities and experiences. The success that students will have at school depends directly on consistent effort and hard work but also assistance from the community and of course their home environment.
