PAC Fundraising - Did you know, you can support the fundraising efforts of your PAC, just by buying groceries at Overwaitea? There is no extra out-of-pocket cost to you! Simply buy an Overwaitea gift card (mention that it is to support Greenwood/Midway Elementary PAC), then use your gift card to pay for your groceries! 5% of all gift card sales goes directly back to the students (field trips, special guests, and more). What a great way to help your school!
Fundraising 6/7 Field Trip - THANK YOU to everyone for your continued and ongoing support of our fundraising efforts for the 2018 field trip.
Contact Information - We must have up-to-date information in order to contact families in an emergency. Please call or email the school office if there is a change in address, phone number, email address, or your child's health or home situation.
Volunteering & Criminal Record Checks- We welcome volunteers in our classrooms and around our school, however in keeping with district policy, and in order to keep our students safe, we must ask you first to obtain a Criminal Record Check. Criminal Record Checks can now be obtained online free of charge by visiting:

Please use Access Code: 4TMWP35NBQ

When complete, the results will be emailed to the school directly. There have been circumstances where the applicant has been asked to print the application and bring it into the school to be faxed in. This DOES NOT mean there is a problem with your application, but rather a glitch in their system.Thank you for taking the time to fill this out and thank you for volunteering at our school!
Head Lice - Please check your child’s hair for head lice on a weekly basis and, if necessary, on a daily basis. Public Health has provided us with an excellent "tip sheet" for "How to Deal with Head Lice."
