Grade 7 Parent/Student Meeting @BCSS
Along with the Grade 7 welcome BBQ and visit to BCSS on June 15, we also would like to invite Grade 7 parents and students to an evening meeting. We must have up-to-date information in order to contact parents in an emergency. Please call or email the school office if you have changed addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. If you prefer, you may also print off our change form, fill it out, and return to the school.

Please also let us know if there has been a change to your child's health or home situation that the school needs to be aware of.

Head Lice
Cases of head lice have been reported to the school office. Please check your child’s hair for head lice on a weekly basis and, if necessary, on a daily basis. Interior Health's website has information on how to check for and treat head lice.

Greenwood/Midway Strong Start Family Centers
An early learning program designed to work in partnership with parents/caregivers, their preschool children, an Early Childhood Educator and community partners. Follow the link below for hours of operation in your west end community or see the table below for all days & times in the Boundary.

StrongStart is open to all children who are 5 and under (until they begin Kindergarten). The children enjoy playing with other children, story time, music, singing and healthy snacks. They have access to books, puzzles and art materials. A parent or caregiver must accompany the child. Please bring your child's birth certificate and care card to register.
