SCHOOL START UP - The first day back to school is September 7th with dismissal at 11:30. School is inattendance on Friday, September 10th. The office will be open the week of August 29th.
PRIMARY SCHOOL SUPPLIES - Primary school supplies can be pre-ordered for September. The cost is as follows: Grade 1 - $31.00, Grade 2 - $33.00 and Grade 3 - $34.00.
YEAR-END CHECK - Please have a look around your home for library books, text books, uniforms and other school items that need to be returned to the school.
LOST & FOUND - Our Lost & Found is overflowing again - please come and check the cupboard by the office and the bin by the library for any lost items - all items not claimed by the end of the year will be taken to the Thrift Store.

AIR QUALITY ALERT - If our school receives an Air Quality Alert, parents can request that their children remain indoors on those days. The school will declare these days "in-door choice days" for students. Contact your child's classroom teacher if you have any particular requests for your child on these days.

Wednesday: 11:00-2:00 - Glanville Family Centre
VOLUNTEER DRIVERS - Please remember to sign up, or resign, as volunteer drivers. Booster seats are a requirement for those students who are under the age of 9, or under 4"9". A Criminal Record check is also required and the form can be picked up at the office.
EMERGENCY CONTACTS - Please call the school office if you have changed telephone numbers, cell phone numbers or addresses. It is important that we have up-to-date information to contact you in case of an emergency

STUDENT ABSENCES - We ask parents to please call the school when students are going to be absent. If calling before office hours please leave a message. Thank you for your assistance.
BUS PERMISSION SLIPS - A reminder to parents that if their child will be riding a different bus or getting off at a different stop, other than their assigned stop, the Office must receive a note from a parent or guardian with full details. The Office Administration will complete a "Bus Permission" slip for the student to give to the bus driver for that particular day.
