TRACK AND FIELD EVENTS - Hutton's Intermediate Track meet is scheduled for Thursday, May 16. We definitely need more adult help to run this day. Aunts, Uncles, bigger brothers or sisters, grampa or gramma? All welcome but a criminal record check is required to work with children.
The District track meet at Perley Elementary is set for FRIDAY, May 24. Again, much more adult help is required to make this day a success. Call us for more details.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

  2. Exterior doors will be locked during school time.  If you need in the building please use the office entrance to the school.
  3. For pick-up of students (ill, dentist…) or drop-off of items (lunch, sneakers…) during school time, please come to the office.
    *Visitors refers to persons…
who are not staff members OR

In order to keep our student files current, please let the office know if there are any changes to the pick-up/drop off list.
As well, due to staff on call and new staff in the school, not everyone may know you, so do not be surprised or offended if a school staff member approaches you to ask if you have checked in at the office.

When complete, the results will be emailed to the school directly. There have been circumstances where the applicant has been asked to print the application and bring it into the school to be faxed in. This DOES NOT mean there is a problem with your application, it is just a glitch in their system.Thank you for taking the time to fill this out and thank you for volunteering at our school!

VOLUNTEER DRIVER REQUIRMENTS & DRIVER'S ABSTRACT -

2. Bring in you current Vehicle Insurance and Driver's License for photocopying. The vehicle insurance must be current not expired.

3. ICBC has a new online service: http://www.icbc.com/drivingrecords. This needs to be done once every school year. Super easy and super fast!
