District Document Archives

In the left side of the interface, you’ll see a folder tree which lists the folders available in the system. You will only see folders in the left side of the interface. Folders with an arrow indicate more folders are inside the folder with the arrow. You can click on a folder to update the right side of the interface to see and access the contents inside the folder you selected.

In the right side of the interface, you will see the contents of any folder you’ve selected in the left side of the interface. Here you can select a document and then you’ll have options available to you with the icon buttons at the top of the interface and you can also right click on a document to have right click options. If you want to view a document, click on the “Preview” button (Eye Icon) at the top or in the right click menu. If you want to download a document, click on the “Open” button (Open Folder Icon) or the “Download” button (Floppy Disk Icon) at the top or in the right click menu.

In the top right side of the interface, you’ll see a white oval which you can click to initiate the search functionality.
